Job summary

CVS Health in Washington state is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team and ensure safe, accurate dispensing and outstanding patient service. You’ll help process prescriptions, follow SOPs, and maintain a caring, inclusive store environment.

This full-time role requires state licensure compliance, a high school diploma or equivalent, and 1–3 years of pharmacy tech experience or related customer-service background.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
  • Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
  • Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
  • Attention and Focus: concentrate on tasks and ensure accurate labeling and safety.
  • Customer Service and Team Orientation: provide friendly, helpful service.
  • Communication Skills: effectively communicate with patients and colleagues.
  • Mathematical Reasoning: use math to determine days supply and quantities.
  • Problem Resolution: handle challenging interactions appropriately.
  • Physical Demands: be mobile, lift, reach, and operate equipment as needed.
  • Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager.
