• Experience as a pharmacy technician or in a retail pharmacy setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacy team in daily operations and ensure timely prescription fulfillment.
• Assist customers at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone with empathy and care.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling, inventory, and medication storage in accordance with regulations.
• Complete required training and comply with state board licensure and CVS policies.
