Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum education, must have a high school diploma or equivalent or be actively enrolled in high school/equivalency

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Contribute to positive patient experiences with empathy and care at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone
• Assist with basic inventory activities and returns-to-stocks
• Support immunizations and other services where allowed by law
• Comply with laws and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy
• Any additional tasks directed by Supervisor or Manager
