Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service at pickup, drive-thru, and over the phone with empathy.
• Assist pharmacists, follow SOPs, and ensure accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Handle basic inventory tasks, cycle counts, returns-to-stocks, and stock organization as allowed by law.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where permitted by state regulations.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with safety, regulatory, and company policies.
