Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician for an on-site, full-time role in Topsham, ME. You will support the pharmacy team to fill prescriptions accurately and deliver compassionate service to patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.

You will participate in inventory tasks, follow SOPs, and assist with vaccines and testing where permitted by state regulations. Training and licensure requirements apply as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience as Pharmacy Technician or similar role in retail pharmacy.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform accurate prescription processing and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver caring patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with inventory, cycle counts, and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Travel to stores in the market to cover shifts as needed.
• Maintain compliance with laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy controls.
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law.
• Support training and professional development through SOP adherence.
