Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of a rigorous company training program and state requirements.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain patient safety.
• Strong communication with patients and pharmacy team to ensure accurate fills.
• Ability to support immunizations and other services where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide compassionate patient interactions at pick-up, drive-thru, and by phone.
• Support basic inventory management, including cycles counts and restocking as directed.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed to support operations.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and CVS policies.
