Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician is preferred
• This part-time position requires availability for varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist patients and collaborate with the pharmacy team
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate days' supply, dosages and prepare prescriptions
• Problem Resolution: address patient questions and escalate when needed
• Physical Demands: stand for long periods and lift items as required
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
