Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, the candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Assist pharmacists with accurate prescription fulfillment and patient interactions.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed by law and training.
• Maintain inventory and proper stock levels.
• Adhere to CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
• Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisory staff.
