Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and excellent customer service at partner stores. You will follow SOPs, assist with inventory, and contribute to a caring patient experience across pickup, drive-thru, and phone interactions.

The role requires adherence to state regulations, ongoing training, and potential immunization support where permitted.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• High school diploma or equivalent or actively enrolled condition as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled promptly, safely and accurately.
• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures at each workstation.
• Provide empathetic customer service and raise the patient experience at pickup, drive-thru, and phone.
• Complete basic inventory activities and support ordering and returns where permitted by law.
• Support immunizations and vaccine-related processes when allowed by state regulations.
