Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and pharmacy workflow to ensure safe prescription fulfillment.
• Assist pharmacists with customer service at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Perform basic inventory tasks and assist with returns-to-stocks and cycle counts.
• Provide caring service and support immunizations where qualified.
• Maintain accuracy in labeling, dosing, and patient information.
