Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Prior work experience in pharmacy operations, medication dispensation, inventory management, pharmacy training and development, vaccine administration, or related area

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging members and assisting with purchases.
• Processes member purchases and returns using appropriate procedures.
• Assists in processing prescription and OTC orders and maintaining documentation.
• Maintains Pharmacy area, stocks supplies and organizes merchandise.
• Delivers clinical services (immunizations, point-of-care testing) per state regs.
• Assists in inventory management and ordering.
• Collaborates with healthcare professionals to dispense medications.
• Supports training and development to stay updated on industry standards.
• Follows Open Door Policy and ethics in daily operations.
