Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and patient care across store operations. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and testing where allowed, and travel to stores in the market as needed to meet business needs.

This role requires state licensure and national certification where required, with training and registration completed per state boards.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Follow all SOPs at each workstation to help Pharmacists manage patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic, personalized service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Manage basic inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
• Comply with laws and CVS policies to protect patient safety.
• Deliver services such as immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed.
