Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Adhere to SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pickup, drive-thru, and phone channels.
• Perform basic inventory activities and assist with receiving, stocking, and returns-to-stocks as directed.
• Support immunizations and other health services where legally allowed and trained.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
