Qualifications

• 1-3 years previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting.
• Ability to work in the home store, and across the market in other locations, to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot between tasks, and ensure label accuracy.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people in a friendly manner and respond to patient needs.
• Communication Skills: clear verbal and written interactions with patients and colleagues.
• Mathematical Reasoning: calculate days supply, tablets, and bottle counts.
• Problem Resolution: handle patient or colleague issues efficiently.
• Physical Demands: mobility and lifting up to 20 lbs as needed.
