CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our store pharmacy teams. You will assist pharmacists with prescription filling, patient interaction, inventory tasks, and adherence to SOPs to ensure safe, accurate, and timely service.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensure, and national certification where required. Strong communication, math, and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If state board has no minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and labeling accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including receiving deliveries and cycle counts.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed by the business.
