Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescription fulfillment. This part-time role requires adherence to SOPs, excellent customer service, and strong attention to detail across production, pick-up, drive-thru, and drop-off workflows.

You'll complete required training, meet state licensing requirements, and maintain patient privacy while contributing to a caring, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements for pharmacy practice.
• If the state board does not mandate a minimum age, candidates must be at least 16.
• If no minimum education is stated, a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• State-level licensure and national certification vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up and drive-thru.
• Support inventory activities and proper storage of medications.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with all laws and CVS policies.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and market needs.
