Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician at our Texas stores. You will support the pharmacy team, ensure accurate prescriptions, assist customers, and contribute to a safe, efficient operation while adhering to SOPs and state regulations.

This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and flexibility to work nights or weekends; immunization support may be included where allowed by law. Competitive pay and benefits when eligible.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to help pharmacists manage patient health
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone
• Assist with inventory activities and returns-to-stocks as directed by leadership
• Contribute to a high-performing team and be receptive to feedback
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business
• Ensure compliance with laws and CVS policies to protect patient safety and privacy
• Assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowable by law
