Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients.
• Assist with basic inventory activities, including stocking and cycle counts as directed.
• Remain flexible for scheduling and travel to stores in the market as needed.
• Comply with federal, state, and local laws, CVS policies, and patient privacy standards.
• Deliver additional health care services where allowed by law and trained.
