Qualifications

• Must meet state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If no minimum age is set by the state board, candidate must be at least 16 years old.
• If no minimum education is set, a high school diploma or equivalent is required or enrollment in a high school program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Deliver empathetic customer service and help patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and phone.
• Support inventory activities and maintain proper stock levels.
• Adhere to SOPs and comply with federal, state, and local laws.
