The role focuses on dispensing medications, accurately recording patient and prescription data, and supporting insurance claim adjudication while upholding exceptional customer service. Formación

• High School/GED or meets requirements in their state.
• Retail/Community Practice experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Retrieve the appropriate medication from inventory.
• Input customer and prescription information in the pharmacy dispensing system.
• Create prescription labels and adjudicate insurance claims.
• Complete paperwork related to filling prescriptions and receiving drug orders.
• Order medication for the Pharmacy Department.
• Stock prescription medication.
• Promote pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to customers.
• Prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
