Qualifications

• High School/GED required; state-specific retail/community practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve the appropriate medication from inventory.
• Input prescription and patient information into the dispensing system.
• Create prescription labels and adjudicate insurance claims.
• Complete paperwork for prescriptions and drug orders.
• Order prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department.
• Stock prescription medication.
• Promote pharmacy initiatives and clinical services to customers.
• Prioritize workload and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized pharmacy.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
