Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and assist pharmacists to manage patient health.
• Perform safe and accurate prescription fulfillment across workstations.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru and over the phone.
• Conduct basic inventory tasks and process deliveries.
• Travel to other stores in the market as needed for business needs.
• Comply with laws, regulations, privacy requirements, and CVS policies.
• Support immunization services where allowed by law and required training.
• Educate patients about vaccines and refer questions to the Pharmacist-on-duty.
