Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a pharmacist to deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced retail pharmacy. You will retrieve medications, input prescriptions, prepare labels, and support insurance claims while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retrieving the appropriate medication from inventory.
• Inputting customer and prescription information in the dispensing system.
• Creating prescription labels and processing insurance claims.
• Completing paperwork related to filling prescriptions and drug orders.
• Ordering prescription medication for the Pharmacy Department.
• Stocking prescription medication and maintaining inventory.
• Promoting pharmacy services to customers and supporting clinical initiatives.
• Prioritizing workload and communicating effectively with the team.
• Maintaining a clean, confidential, and compliant pharmacy environment.
