Job summary

Revelation Pharma in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician to assist in preparing, packaging, and fulfilling compounded medication orders. You will maintain compounding supplies, inventory, and patient/pharmacy records in compliance with laws and policies.

Responsibilities include packing orders, pre-packaging preparations, stock management, and coordinating with staff and patients to resolve shortages or delays.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed by the State as a Registered Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience with compounded medications and stock management is preferred.
• Ability to navigate basic computer operating systems.

• Maintain knowledge of and follow applicable SOPs.
• Pack and fulfill patient-specific compounded prescription orders.
• Pre-packaging of compounded preparations for dispensing.
• Maintain device and compounding supply inventory.
• Assist in managing and reporting stock of compounded preparations.
• Communicate with staff, patients, and/or providers regarding shortages/backorders, delays, and clarifications.
• Assist with additional pharmacy tasks as directed by pharmacy management.

Job description

The fill technician assists the pharmacist in the preparation, packaging, and fulfillment of compounded medication orders, maintaining the compounded preparation and supply inventory, and maintaining patient and pharmacy records in a manner consistent with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures.

• Maintain device and compounding supply inventory

• Communicate with staff, patients, and/or providers regarding shortages/backorders, delays, and/or non-clinical clarifications
• Assist with additional pharmacy tasks as directed by pharmacy management
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be licensed by the State you are applying to work in as a Registered Pharmacy Technician
• Ability to navigate basic computer operating systems
