Job summary

VytlOne in Muncie, IN is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician for its Open Door Health Services clinic. This full-time role involves customer service, prescription processing, and helping maintain a clean, organized pharmacy.

You will work as part of a care team within a Federally Qualified Health Center, with opportunities to grow your PTCB certification and support patient care while delivering compassionate service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active/Clear IN Pharmacy Technician registration.
• Current PTCB Certification, or ability to obtain within 6 months (VYTLONE will assist).
• Minimum of 2 years retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Proven track record of exemplary customer service; computer experience mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; interact with diverse individuals.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone.

Pharmacy Technician - Open Door Pharmacy - Full Time - Muncie, IN

VytlOne (formerly Maxor National Pharmacy Services) is seeking a highly competent, customer service oriented, full time Pharmacy Technician for its clinic-based pharmacy located in the Open Door Health Services Community Health Center in Muncie, Indiana.VytlOne offers an integrated approach to patient care, as the pharmacy team collaborates closely with the doctors and nurses in the healthcare center. The pharmacy team will be an integral part of the care team for each patient. So, you would have a direct hand in improving outcomes.
