Job summary

Omnicell is actively seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a pipeline role serving a local Missouri community. The position emphasizes accurate dispensing, patient communication, and data entry within a compliant system. This is a proactive talent pipeline, not a single immediate opening.

You will interact with pharmacists, support patient services, and grow through exposure to specialty areas while enjoying a structured Monday–Friday schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
• State Board of Pharmacy license/registration if required by state.
• Healthcare/pharmacy industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help the pharmacist prepare and dispense medications to ensure patients get the right medication and the right dosage every time
• Provide exceptional and personalized customer service for patients through in-person and phone communication and active listening; help patients navigate stress with calm, ease, and guidance
• Learn and demonstrate an understanding of specialty diseases to best serve all patients and grow in your career
• Accurately and efficiently enter patient, medication, billing, and sales data into systems to provide a safe, compliant, and seamless experience for our customers
• Support and help improve the pharmacy and the team, empower your career, and learn and grow with others at Omnicell
