Responsibilities

• Performs functions that support daily workflow: typing, processing refills, filing prescriptions, inventory, and customer interactions.
• Reads, interprets and fills prescription orders with correct medication and dosage.
• Provides safe dispensing, identifies safety issues and communicates with pharmacists.
• Maintains knowledge of basic drug information and terminology.
