Job summary

Trilogy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist pharmacists by measuring, labeling, and recording medications according to prescriptions. You will prep bulk medications, maintain patient profiles, and ensure accurate inventory control.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred associate degree and state-required Pharmacy Technician credentials. The role may involve light travel and requires strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Pharmacy Technician certification/registration as required by state regulations.
  • One year of pharmacy technician experience preferred but not required.
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Receives written prescription or refill requests and verifies information.
  • Prepares medications, labels bottles, and records amounts as prescribed.
  • Answering phones and directing inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain proper storage and security conditions for drugs.
  • Assist facilities by answering questions and locating items; refer to pharmacist as needed.
  • Establish and maintain patient profiles with medication lists.
  • Order, label, and count stock; enter inventory data into systems.
  • Receive and store supplies; check invoices and inventory levels.
  • Mix pharmaceutical preparations according to prescriptions.
  • Support location and departmental goals; comply with laws and company policies.
