Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Technicians and guide day-to-day operations.
• Develop training materials and SOPs under supervision.
• Monitor workload and triage workflow to meet schedules.
• Provide feedback to ensure policy compliance and teamwork.
• Identify workflow improvements to enhance patient safety.
• Perform audits for compliance.
• Coach and mentor technicians and interns.
• Contribute to annual performance reviews.
• Perform duties of pharmacy technicians as needed.
