AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Lead to guide a designated pharmacy team, working with Supervisors to drive efficiency and accuracy in daily operations. This role emphasizes training, SOP development, and maintaining high standards of service.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be a certified technician, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician with home state’s Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience with departmental workflows and processes.
• Prior experience with ExactCare operational workflow (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline, day-to-day operations and drive department efficiencies.
• Provide training on department tasks to new hires and cross trainees.
• Coordinate cross-training through scheduling and communication with trainees.
• Contribute SME expertise to continuous improvement projects, including training guides and SOP development.
• Support leadership in diagnosing and improving performance of team members.

They will work alongside the Pharmacy Supervisors and Managers to drive and support department efficiencies.
