Walmart Inc. in Frederick, MD seeks a Pharmacy Technician to maintain inventory, process prescriptions, and support pharmacist workflows in a high-volume setting.

You will handle scanning, data entry, labeling, and packaging to ensure accuracy and timely medication distribution. Responsibilities include inventory control, reporting, and maintaining documentation while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Meets state requirements to work as a Pharmacy Technician, such as minimum age, qualification, registration, certification, and/or licensure when required by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Pharmacy Technician Career Diploma through Live Better U and Penn Foster is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintains and tracks medication inventory, restocks and replenishes medication, reports low stock levels, and ensures stock rotation on a first-in first-out basis.
• Supports the facility with reporting and paperwork to ensure productivity and pharmaceutical integrity by entering and modifying data in systems and forms.
• Assists pharmacists in the prescription fulfillment process, prepares packages, labels prescriptions, and distributes medications in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains pharmacy systems and technology, monitors inventory levels and expiration dates, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.
