Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent customer service experience is required.
• Healthcare or pharmacy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong work ethic and dependability.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients.
• Understand pharmacology basics and safety.
• Know Pharmacy laws and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with sterile and non-sterile compounding as needed.
• Support medication order entry, fill processes, and QA.
• Manage pharmacy inventory and billing/reimbursement.
• Operate pharmacy information systems and software.
• Commit to ongoing learning and improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
