Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid State Board of Pharmacy licensure.
• National certification requirements vary by state; eligibility for licensure and certification is required.
• Active pharmacy tech certification is preferred or required where state law mandates.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and professionalism.
• Follow SOPs to ensure accurate prescription fulfillment and safety.
• Support immunizations and point-of-care services where allowed by law.
• Assist pharmacists with workflow at production, pickup, drive-thru and drop-off.
• Maintain inventory, complete registrations, and ensure patient privacy and security.
• Remain flexible for scheduling, travel to market stores as needed.
