Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and patient-focused service within our retail stores. You will assist with prescription fulfillment, patient interactions, and adherence to SOPs while maintaining a compassionate, inclusive environment.

The role requires compliance with state licensing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and availability for full-time hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements or laws governing pharmacy practice.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or be actively enrolled in high school or equivalente program.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Follow required training within designated timeframe.
• Assist pharmacists to manage and improve patient health.
• Follow pharmacy workflow procedures for safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Provide empathetic customer service and assist patients over the phone, at pickup, and drive-thru.
• Travel to stores in the market as needed by the business.
