Regular attendance, ability to learn, and strong math, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential as you support pharmacists and help customers.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent or active enrollment required.
  • State licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

  • Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
  • Attention and focus to concentrate on tasks and switch between tasks as needed.
  • Customer service and team orientation to assist patients and colleagues.
  • Communication skills to interact with patients and staff effectively.
  • Mathematical reasoning to calculate pills, days’ supply, and labeling.
  • Problem resolution to handle patient and colleague interactions.
  • Physical demands to stand, lift up to 20 lbs, and perform required duties.
