Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients with empathy and care at the counter or drive‑thru
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure safe prescription fulfillment
• Assist pharmacists with inventory, labeling, and medication deliveries as directed
• Support immunization services and point‑of‑care testing where permitted by training
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with all applicable regulations and standards
• Contribute to a positive team environment and provide reliable coverage across shifts
