CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy team in delivering safe and accurate prescriptions and excellent patient care. You will follow SOPs, assist customers, and help ensure efficient operations across a busy store.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy, including age, education, and licensure/certification.
• If the state board does not address a minimum age, must be at least 16 years old.
• If the state board does not address a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent, or be actively enrolled in high school or an equivalency program.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot between tasks, and ensure prescription labeling accuracy for patient safety.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: assist patients with empathy and provide a positive experience.
• Physical demands: be mobile, lift and move items as needed, and assist in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.
