Performs data collections, assembly and interpretation for limited quality programs. Performs other duties as assigned

Specifications

Experience

Minimum Required

  • Advanced competencies in any of the following: 1. Settings where the majority of the workload consists of gathering and processing patient / clinical information for prior authorizations, refill authorizations, or patient assistance applications. 2. High risk compounding, 3. Tech check tech 4. Med history 5. NICU/Pediatric 6. Other duties that require certification / program completion (i.e. Narcotic/ASHP Diversion Certification)

Preferred/Desired

  • Experience with Microsoft suite applications, automated pharmacy equipment. One year hospital experience.

Education

Minimum Required

  • Skills in communicating clearly and effective use of standard English in written, oral and verbal format. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.
