FFF Enterprises, Inc. in Temecula, CA, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician who will work under the direct supervision of a pharmacist to support Nufactor patients with timely pharmaceutical services.

You will handle orders in pharmacy information systems, maintain patient records, dispense and reconcile DME, communicate with customers, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and teamwork in a busy healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and registered in the practicing state.
• Current, unrestricted pharmacy technician registration in the practice state.
• Proficiency in pharmacy terminology, abbreviations, and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient orders in pharmacy information systems as per prescription and order sheet.
• Triage patient needs to assess priority and notify pharmacist as appropriate.
• Maintain current patient demographics, medication profile, laboratory results, prescription/supply information and shipping instructions in systems.
• Generate and maintain records related to medication distribution and dispensing including prescription refill requests.
• Dispense and reconcile durable medical equipment (DME).
• Fulfill medication, supplies, and DME needs for patient orders and stage for pharmacist verification.
• Answer phones with professional etiquette; respond to routine orders/emails/phone calls accurately.
• Comply with policies and procedures and safety regulations.
