Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent is required.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• Active CPT-EXCPT or CPT-PTCB or CPHT certification in good standing.
• 6 months of IV medication compounding experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, distributes and delivers medications per policy and regulatory requirements.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations.
• Maintains proper medication and supply stock levels.
• Operates automated medication delivery systems and devices.
• Participates in quality assurance programs and documentation.
• Trained in IV admixture preparation with regulatory compliance.
