• License: OHIO: Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Certified Technician License OR Ohio Board of Pharmacy Intern license and P2 status in schooling MICHIGAN: Active Michigan Board of Pharmacy Technician License OR Michigan Board of Pharmacy Intern license and P2 status in schooling.
• Certification: Certified Pharmacy Technician required (either PTCB or ExCPT (NHA) exam permitted), unless has intern license.
