Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
• Help pharmacists prepare prescriptions by counting, labeling, and pricing.
• Ensure customers receive their prescriptions and file written prescription forms.
• Process manual insurance claim forms when needed and maintain organized filing.
• Maintain inventory levels, order supplies, and manage controlled substances appropriately.
• Assist in audits and ensure department cleanliness and safety.
