Job summary

Mercy Joplin is seeking a PRN Pharmacy Technician I to join our team. You will assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications, supporting safe, accurate, and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

This role offers flexible PRN scheduling, exposure to automation and technology, and opportunities for growth within Mercy. A high school diploma and active Pharmacy Technician registration are required; prior pharmacy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing.
• Preferred: one year of pharmacy-related experience.

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Pharmacy Technician registration in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy, or willingness to apply before your first day of work (includes fingerprinting for FBI background check)

Preferred

• One year of pharmacy-related experience
