Join us in our commitment to holistic wellness and personalized medicine. As a Pharmacy Technician I, Non-Sterile Compounding, you will prepare, check, and dispense non-sterile compounded medications, with cross-training in fulfillment and clinical coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Registered Pharmacy Technician with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy.
• 6+ months of experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Proficient with pharmacy software and cloud-based communication tools.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares non-sterile compounded medications accurately following SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintains inventory of compounding supplies and proper storage.
• Collaborates with pharmacists to review prescriptions for compounding and accuracy.
• Performs calculations for ingredient quantities required for compounding.
• Maintains clean compounding area adhering to sterile techniques.
• Labels and packages compounded medications with clear patient instructions.
• Keeps records of all compounded medications, batch numbers, expiration dates, and other details.
• Performs other related duties as required.
