Job summary

Maria Parham Health, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Pharmacy Technician to join our hospital pharmacy team. You will assist with medication preparation, dispensing, inventory management, Omnicell maintenance, and medication reconciliation to support safe distribution.

The ideal candidate is a PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician registered with the State Board of Pharmacy, has strong English communication, and can complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalency.
• Registered with the state Board of Pharmacy; PTCB Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Ability to complete the Skills Competency Checklist within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication preparation and dispensing activities.
• Manage inventory and maintain Omnicell systems.
• Support medication reconciliation and sterile/hazardous compounding per procedures.
• Work under the supervision of a registered pharmacist and communicate in English.
