Job summary

Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist in a hospital setting, performing routine duties and supporting medication dispensing.

Qualifications

• One to two years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, the pharmacy technician assists pharmacist in providing medications to patients in hospital setting.
• Fills medication cassettes under supervision.
• Prepares IV medications under supervision.
• Prints label requests for First dose or Stat medications.
• Delivers supplies and medications to other departments as needed.
