Thrifty White Pharmacy in Fergus Falls, Minnesota is hiring a Pharmacy Technician-in-Training, offering competitive wages with part-time or full-time hours. The technician will support pharmacy operations, including counting and packaging medications under pharmacist supervision while providing outstanding customer service.

Salary ranges from $14.85 to $20.00 for Technician-in-Training and commensurate with experience and certification.

As a technician-in-training, you will be provided with top-notch multifaceted training through online modules, internal video trainings, and hands‑on training with a designated preceptor – all at no cost to you.

Salary ranges:

• Technician-in-Training: $14.85 - $20.00
• Registered Tech: $15.85 - $24.00
• Certified Tech: $16.35 - $25.50

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
• Supports the Pharmacist in Clinical Service offerings.
• Counts, measures, and packages medication in the appropriate container under pharmacist’s supervision and final approval to accurately fill prescriptions.
• Inputs prescriptions into the computer for accurate transmission to insurance companies.
