Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy in Houston, TX is seeking a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment/Outbound Flex for a full-time role, Monday–Friday, 10:30 am to 7:00 pm CST. Starting salary is $23 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for employees joining before August 31, 2026.

You will prepare prescriptions, count and label medications, package daily Rx orders for shipment, manage inventory, and assist providers and patients by phone while coordinating refills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, brand/generic drug names and general pharmacy terminology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare prescriptions for dispensing, including printing labels and selecting medications from stock shelves.
• Count medications, label the final product, and package daily Rx orders for shipment.
• Receive, order, and manage medication inventory.
• Assist healthcare providers and patients by phone; answer questions and requests.
• Communicate with patients and physician office staff to coordinate medication refill deliveries.

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Prepare prescriptions for dispensing, including printing labels and selecting medications from stock shelves.

Pharmacy Technician Qualifications

Required License or Certification
