Pharmacy Technicians take important steps to ensure all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met for our patients and they demonstrate ethical conduct and maintain patient confidentiality at all times. Success in this role includes being able to manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill patient prescriptions all while providing caring service that exceeds customer expectations.

The starting pay rate is based on years of experience and ranges from Hours Of Operation: Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 7:30pm EST Schedules: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm EST Compensation: Based on years of experience: $20.35 - $22.02.

Required Qualifications

• 6 months pharmacy technician experience
• Valid state pharmacy technician license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician
• PTCB National Certification #SBE_Tech

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
