Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists in safe and accurate dispensing.
• Assist patients with service and immunizations where allowed.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation to ensure quality and safety.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering and cycle counts.
• Provide empathetic, patient-centered service and address concerns.
• Coordinate with team to ensure timely prescription fulfillment.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with regulations.
• Support offsite clinics or immunization efforts as trained.
